Weightloss Journey - Week 2

9:38 AM

ouch week
Week 2 had begun nicely as I contently spent 1-2 hours rocking on my Yoga ball each morning in front of my computer screen typing, liking, and sharing. In the afternoon, I try to take a walk with the kiddos. However, It has been too cold so I resort to using my glider while they watch Nature Cat and Wild Kratts.

As the week ended, it brought on a very sore set of pinched shoulder and neck muscles. This was caused by doing pushups with a Yoga ball under my hips. Now I want to cry every time I turn my head. It is also hurting to type so this post will be short.

My exercise routine is actually quite entertaining to watch. I have molded braces for my wrists because of the nerve damage and weakness. I wear a mobile brace on my left foot to support the weakened bones in my foot.

I will be taking time this weekend to rest and spend time with my family. But come Monday I am back to the glider….

Warm Wishes to You and Yours

  3. Go you for pushing through the pain! Hopefully as you continue to strengthen your muscles, your pain will lessen more and more. Have you tried alternating heat and cold on your neck and shoulders? That can really help loosen those muscles <3 Feel better soon x #KCACOLS
