Weightloss Journey - Week 9

Week of blaaaaaaaa

May 28-June 3

Saturday was spent visiting with family and having fun splashing around and eating our fill of a bbq. I noticed since starting the shakes my appetite is not a big. I used to eat larger portions or multiple portions. I ended up eating half a hamburger, 1/4 cup of potato salad, 1/4 cup fruit salad and a glass of water. I was stuffed. I looked at my plate still full and was irritated because I could not finish it. I am a firm believer you take what you are going to eat and eat what is on your plate. Later that night I laughed at myself for getting irritated over something I should have been happy about.

Sunday we spent the morning at church. We spent the day at home having another bbq with our lil family. We watched movies and read new stories from the library. A relaxing day!

Monday was a day of outside work. We worked in the greenhouse. We mowed the yard. The day ended with us playing in the dirt and water with the kids. A pretty easy day.

Tuesday was another easy day. I did not do any working out. I felt bla and very tired. We watched the hubs church league softball game, came home, and passed out.

Wednesday began with light stretching and playing until the baby’s teacher came. Once brother got home, we played outside most of the day. After dinner, we watched a movie and went to bed.

Thursday was last day of school for brother. We picked up brother from school. Then went grocery shopping. If shopping with two little kids is not a workout I do not know what is! Then putting all the groceries away is another whole type of workout.

Friday was a relaxing movie day. We spent the morning playing and making crafts. We took brother to his mom for his weekend visit and spent the rest of the evening watching movies and enjoying a cold bowl of ice cream.

This week was very relaxed and not very productive. I noticed this week that I felt less energetic and yucky. I do not have any more of the protein shake and am noticing the difference.
